• How FINDSTORY licensing works?
  
  • • Pretty simple: we want you to focus on creativity as much as possible and not to worry about the legal aspects of using video for your projects. All stories are Royalty-Free. There are no additional or hidden fees after for subscribers. 
      By choosing any of our subscription plans you get:
    • - unlimited access and downloads of all footage at FINDSTORY;
    • - ability to distribute your projects worldwide for any amount of viewers;
    • - eternal usage of downloaded videos.
• What's the difference between Subscriptions at FINDSTORY?

  • The main difference between Subscriptions at FINDSTORY is the resolution and technical format that you need for your project and some limitations in footage usage in Individual and Production pricing plans. Here is a detailed description of each plan:

    Vlogger - is the subscription plan for those who create non-commercial and commercial projects by themselves and do not need to transfer the license to the client. If you run your video blog on YouTube, Instagram, Tik-Tok, or any other digital platform, then this license is for you! And, of course, we allow you to monetize your content. Under this license, you will get access to all stories in the FINDSTORY library of professionally graded FullHD video in MPEG4 format, the quality of which is quite enough for creating unique projects.

    Creator - is the subscription plan for production studios working with small business clients and creating social media content and commercials for local television. Under this plan the license for the downloaded videos belongs to your company, and you can transfer all necessary rights to your client. You will get access to all stories in the FINDSTORY library of professionally graded footage in 4K UltraHD resolution in Apple ProRes 422HQ format that gives you vast opportunities in your project's post-production process.

    Professional - is the subscription plan for big production studios that create commercials for large clients. If you are producing commercials for major brands, TV programs for international television, or content for Netflix and other digital platforms, this license is right for you. You will get all features from the Creator subscription plan + access to RAW materials in 5K/6K resolution for most of the footage.

    Enterprise - special "all-inclusive" license available on demand that covers all your needs as an enterprise user. If you need something special, please text us your wishes and demands at contact@findstorynow.com

• Are there any limitations to the FINDSTORY licenses?
  
  • We try to provide you with the maximum opportunities for creativity, but still, there are few limitations:
    
    - You can’t resell or re-license footage downloaded at FINDSTORY; 
    - You can’t use the footage for unlawful purposes or to encourage violence;
    - You can’t use scripts and automation to download footage without intending to use them anytime soon, nor can you not do so manually. We have set a technical limit of 100 files per day. If you need to download more for your project - send an email at contact@findstorynow.com
• Are there any additional costs after I have paid for my subscription?
  • No! FINDSTORY license is ROYALTY-FREE, so here are no additional costs and hidden fees after paying the subscription fee.
• Can I use FINDSTORY content for my client project?
  
  • Yes. In Creator and Professional subscriptions your license granted for your company, and you can transfer rights to the client for footage used in a project.
    The License under the Vlogger subscription plan is granted for you as an individual, and you can use footage only in your own projects. If you need to transfer licenses to the client, please upgrade to the Creator or Professional subscription plan.
• Can I subscribe for one month?
  
  • Yes. If you need one-time access to the library, you can opt for a subscription of one or a few months. The ownership of the video that you have downloaded during the subscription period will remain with you forever.
• What is the advantage of an annual subscription?
  
  • Annual plan will save a significant amount of costs to access the content library. Your savings will be up to 60% comparing to the monthly subscription
• Does my License cover my employees?
  
  • Yes. If you subscribed to Creator and Professional licenses, your employees can access your account and download footage for your company client’s project.
    The License under the Vlogger subscription plan doesn’t allow access to your account for your employees or collaborators. Each of them must subscribe to a Vlogger subscription plan.
• Can I transfer my account to another user?
  
  • No, you can’t transfer your account login details to another user
• What if I need special extended licensing options?

• Will my subscription automatically renew?
  
  • No. We have turned off automatical renewal, you can subsribe again if you need ir.
• Can I use the footage in multiple projects?
  
  • Yes. If you need specific footage for multiple projects, you should download it a corresponding amount of times. The main principle is - one download - one project.
• Can I re-download content that I downloaded in the past?
  
  • Yes. If you have an active subscription, you can re-download content anytime.
• Do I receive exclusive rights of use to the footage I download?
  
  • No. All the footage in our catalog is available to all of our users equally. If you need exclusive rights for specific stories, feel free to write us at contact@findstorynow.com

• How the search on FINDSTORY is organized, and what is a “story”?
  
  • A "story" is a set of footage from one scene, ready to be edited into a short story. Each story contains one location, one or more actors, one emotion, and one situation/action. We try to bring meaning to every footage at FINDSTORY because story is the thing which attracts the viewer and makes your product or service appealing to the customer. Every time we hear the phrase "Content is the king," we add, "Story is the queen!"
• What footage resolution and format do FINDSTORY offer, and which is right for me?
  

  • Our entire library is available in several formats:

    - professionally graded FullHD, MPEG4 format available for Vlogger subscription plan. This quality is quite enough for creating non-commercial and commercial projects. If you run your video blog on YouTube, Instagram, Tik-Tok, or any other digital platform, a Vlogger subscription is for you!

    - professionally graded 4K UltraHD in Apple ProRes 422HQ format available for the Creator subscription plan. This format and resolution give you vast opportunities in your project's post-production process. If you are working with small business clients and creating social media content and commercials for local television Creator subscription plan is the best choice.

    - RAW format in 5/6K resolution (most of the footage) available for Professional subscription plan. The footage in this format and resolution gives you unlimited capabilities in post-production and professional color grading of your project. If you are producing commercials for major brands, TV programs for international television, or content for Netflix and other digital platforms, Professional subscription licensing is right for you!

• How many footages are in each story?
  
  • Usually, every story contains from 3 to 10 footage, but there are exceptions.
• How long are the footage?
  
  • All the footage are usually from 5 to 25 seconds, but in some cases, it might be up to 60 seconds long.
• Will new footage be added to the FINDSTORY?
  
  • Yes, every week! We try to cover all trendy themes which you may need in your projects. If you can’t find footage for your project, most likely, we have already planned a shooting day for this theme. If you want something unique, do not hesitate to email us at contact@findstorynow.com
• What gear FINDSTORY use for footage production?

• What if I can’t find footage for my use?
